IRFM Brands is an international franchising and operating company in the Quick Service Restaurant sector, purpose-built to help great food brands cross borders. We combine the discipline of an operator with the scale of a multi-country platform, enabling brands to expand internationally with significantly reduced risk, capital outlay, and time-to-market.
Our Story
IRFM Brands was founded on a conviction observed across the global QSR landscape: that the hardest part of international expansion is not the product — it is everything that surrounds it. Localizing supply chains, hiring and training teams to a single brand standard, navigating regulatory environments, and acquiring guests in unfamiliar markets are the points where most international franchising ambitions stall.
We set out to build a single platform that resolves those frictions. Today, IRFM Brands operates across four countries — Canada, the United States, India, and New Zealand — supporting both our own franchise concepts and select international brands for which we serve as master franchisee.
