Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Anmol Mahajan is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of IRFM Brands. He leads the group’s international franchising strategy, brand acquisitions, and multi-country operations across Canada, the United States, India, and New Zealand.

Under his leadership, IRFM Brands has established itself as the master franchisor for Punjabi Chaap Corner across Canada and the United States, secured the exclusive India master franchise for the Canadian QSR icon Mary Brown’s Chicken, and launched Vegholic — a homegrown Canadian plant-based concept now preparing for international expansion.

Anmol’s vision is to build a complete operating system for international QSR franchising — providing operations, procurement, marketing, technology, and regulatory support that allows partner brands to enter new countries and perform from day one. His approach combines disciplined operational rigour with the long-term outlook of a brand-builder, and has positioned IRFM Brands as a preferred partner for franchisors seeking entry into new international markets.
